2018 Trends We Hope to See More of in 2019

As we enter into 2019 there are just a few trends that I hope we are not walking away from - I am not yet fully satiated. I plan to encourage our buyers to continue to incorporate these timeless choices in their spaces. I also look forward to assisting our sellers in making staging decisions and home preparation transformations with them in mind when it's time to sell. These trends have longevity and buyer pull!

 

2019 needs more mixed metals, dark countertops, found furniture as islands, and greens. 

 

Give me more large format art, texture, and greens. 

Give me more wallpaper, layering, and of course greens!
